It's even better that platforms aside from PS5 and Xbox Series X/S are getting the full Overcooked collection, as its massive upgrades to each game make it the definitive version of each. It’s great that Overcooked: All You Can Eat is finally coming to more platforms and will eventually support crossplay across all of them, becoming one of a growing list of games that support the feature. The more significant advantage lies in the DualSense controller’s directional haptic feedback, meaning certain parts of the controller vibrate in order to warn players when something important is happening in-game. One of the new features of Overcooked: All You Can Eat is the utilization of some of the DualSense controller’s features, such as the lightbar color matching the controlled character and the controller speaker mimicking the in-game warning signals.
When crossplay is finally enabled for Overcooked: All You Can Eat, those playing on the PS5 with a DualSense controller may hold a bit of an advantage against those from other platforms.

Team17 also announced an update that will add crossplay support to Overcooked: All You Can Eat, which is planned to allow players on all platforms to join each other's games. While the game will be available digitally on all these platforms, physical releases will be limited to the Switch and PS4.
